EczaneClub, üyelik başvurusu için ad, soyad, e-posta, meslek/öğrenci durumu, kurum, sicil/öğrenci numarası ve doğrulama belgesi toplar. Bu veriler hesap oluşturma, e-posta doğrulama ve yönetici tarafından başvuru incelemesi için kullanılır. İletişim formundaki bilgiler mesajı değerlendirmek için kaydedilir. İlaç bilgi sorgusunda yalnızca yazdığınız ilaç adı Gemini API hizmetine gönderilir; site bu sorguyu hesap kaydına eklemez. Hasta veya reçete bilgisi girmeyin. Sesle giriş tercih edilirse kısa ses kaydı metne dönüştürülmek üzere EczaneClub sunucusu üzerinden Gemini API hizmetine gönderilir. Ses kaydı EczaneClub sunucusunda saklanmaz.
Reçete hatırlatıcısında girdiğiniz ilaç adı, kullanım notu ve saatler yalnızca seçtiğiniz hatırlatmaları sağlamak için şifreli olarak saklanır. Yüklediğiniz reçete fotoğrafları ayrıca şifreli dosyada tutulur; fotoğraflar yalnızca siz ayrıca onay verip taslak çıkarma düğmesine bastığınızda Gemini API hizmetine gönderilerek okunur. Fotoğrafı sildiğinizde dosyası kaldırılır. Bu bilgiler yalnızca oturum açtığınız hesabınızdan görüntülenir ve hatırlatıcıyı sildiğinizde kaldırılır. E-posta seçerseniz e-posta sağlayıcısına ilaç adı veya reçete içeriği gönderilmez; yalnızca genel bir hatırlatma iletilir. Tarayıcı bildirim izni ayrıca istenir. Site içi bildirimler hesabınızda tutulur.
Eczacı panelindeki gelir/gider ve kesinti kayıtları hesabınıza bağlı olarak sunucuda saklanır ve yalnızca ilgili eczacı hesabına gösterilir; mevcut dosya tabanlı saklama biçiminde bu kayıtlar ayrıca şifrelenmez. Kayıtları sildiğinizde uygulama dosyasından kaldırılır; yedeklerin saklama süresi işletmeci tarafından belirlenmelidir. Rapor ve reçete kontrol formuna yazılan bilgiler sunucuya gönderilmez veya kaydedilmez. Topluluk konu ve yanıtları yönetici incelemesinden sonra onaylı üyelere gösterilir. Hasta kimliği veya reçete numarası girmeyin.
Şifreler düz metin olarak saklanmaz; scrypt ile özetlenir. Doğrulama belgeleri sunucudaki özel klasörde tutulur ve yalnızca yetkili yönetici oturumundan görüntülenebilir. Oturum için HttpOnly çerez kullanılır. E-posta gönderimi yapılandırılırsa başvuru sahibinin e-posta adresi e-posta servis sağlayıcısına aktarılır.
Veri sorumlusunun kimliği, iletişim bilgileri ve saklama süreleri canlı yayından önce işletmeci tarafından tamamlanmalıdır. Bu konudaki talepler için iletişim formunu kullanabilirsiniz. Form mesajları yönetici panelinde saklanır.

EczaneClub collects applicants’ name, email address, professional or student status, organization, registration or student number, and a supporting document. These are used to create an account, verify email and allow an administrator to review the application. Contact form details are stored to respond to messages. Medicine lookups send only the entered product name to the Gemini API; this site does not attach the lookup to an account record. Do not enter patient or prescription information. If voice entry is used, a short audio recording is sent through the EczaneClub server to the Gemini API for transcription. EczaneClub does not store the audio recording.
Medication names, instructions and times entered for prescription reminders are encrypted and stored only to deliver the reminders you select. Uploaded prescription photos are stored in separate encrypted files; they are read and sent to the Gemini API only when you separately approve and request a draft. Deleting a photo removes its file. They are available only in your signed-in account and removed when you delete the reminder. Reminder emails contain no medicine name or prescription details; only a generic alert is sent to the email provider. Browser notification permission is requested separately. In-site alerts remain in your account.
Pharmacy income, expense and deduction records are stored on the server for the owning pharmacist account. In the current file-based storage format these records are not separately encrypted. Deleting a record removes it from the application file; backup retention must be set by the operator. Entries in the prescription and report checklist are not sent to or stored on the server. Community topics and replies become visible to approved members after moderator review. Do not enter patient identifiers or prescription numbers.
Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, not plain text. Supporting documents are kept in a private server directory and are accessible only to an authenticated administrator. Sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. When email delivery is configured, the applicant’s email address is sent to the email service provider.
The operator must complete the data controller identity, contact details and retention periods before public launch. You may use the contact form for privacy requests. Form messages are stored in the administrator dashboard.
